It's a sad comment on the present day that the Great Depression seems like better times! But of course the US had a great leader then, and great ideas like the WPA, etc. I agree w/ the first Anonymous about your posts, Janet, and I too hope you'll never stop!

At first glance, my mind's eye saw a French Gendarme (police) with black hat and mustache, saluting (haha.) I finally got it.
