Could this have been taken in Bodega Bay as he was filming The Birds? Tho I'm not sure there's a private marina that looks like that in the harbor. Maybe SF where he filmed other movies. Lots of Brits ride bikes, although I'm not sure he spent much time on one.

Love Hitchcock! He does look funny riding a bike in a suit. I have to say, I STILL can't take a shower....at night....alone in the house!
