affectionately Abbey from DorothyL who spent an entire WEEK (and then some...) recently "dealing with" Microsoft concerning a Windows 10 Update (which I did not authorize btw) which ate my ENTIRE set of Windows Programs, EVERYthing Windows on my computer including the whole Operating System!!! All I wanted was my old, original Windows 8 back not even the previous 10 upgrades. Think you can guess what happened.... or, rather, what DID NOT happen!
