For me it's less about volume and more about the fact that modern TVS have speakers in the back that muffle the sound because they want you to buy a sound bar to shoot the sound directly at you. Instead, I bought a set of Bluetooth headphones and now I don't miss a single word.
Love it! We often rewind and STILL can't understand what they're saying. But I love British (and English) mysteries.

ReplyDeleteI am prone to rewatch British mysteries, so the second time I just turned the closed captioning on, and am amazed at what I missed.
