Sally Fellows: R.I.P.

Sally Fellows, fan, reader, reviewer, and friend, passed away last night--peacefully in her sleep. She was a great supporter of everyone and everything in the mystery community. I'll miss chatting with her at Bouchercon and Left Coast Crime, as well as online in the various mystery groups.

Here's a photo of Sally from the Minnesota Crime Wave website.  I hope they don't mind my using it here. It's such a great picture of her.

R.I.P., Sally.

You could always be sure of seeing Sally at a mystery con. So sorry to hear she's gone. Spent some time talking to her at Left Coast Crime in Sacramento. She will be missed.

Very sad to hear this. Sally was very kind to me after my first book was published. That meant much to a newbie who was a little scared of this new world.

Sally was truly one of a kind. She did so much for Omaha Public Library, working tirelessly with the Friends of OPL for so many years. She will be missed.

I first met Sally at Omaha's Mayhem in the Midlands, which she helped organize. Such an energetic woman, and so knowledgeable about all things mysterious. She'll be missed by everyone in the mystery community who knew her. Rest in peace, Sally.
