The issue is on its way. You sent a check (rather than PayPal), and it appeared in the P.O. box just last week!!! Probably in someone else's mailbox and they just returned it (not the only one like that)..thanks for your diligence. Tried to email you, but couldn't quite read your email address (handwritten on form). and it came back. enjoy!
