Janet- Just a note to say that Leighton Gage writes mysteries that are set in So. America. "A Vine in the Blood" (my next to be read book) is set right in Rio de Janeiro, I believe.

Yes, Sallee, Leighton's books are set in Brazil, but I don't remember that he wrote one about the Olympics. He is certainly missed..
