Guests at the conference include a wide range of authors appreciated by mystery readers. Their work introduces you to characters who stay with you, situations that slow your breathing, and mysteries that leave you gasping—and they do it over and over.
Lifetime Achievement: the incomparable Walter Mosley, creator of Easy Rawlins, as well as literary fiction, science fiction, and a wide range of forms.
Distinguished Guest of Honor: Anne Perry, whose work can take you through time as well as space, author of more than fifty novels.
International Guest of Honor: Anthony Horowitz, whose work you know from Foyle’s War, Midsomer Murders episodes, and his recent popular book Magpie Murders.
Special Guest of Honor: Scott Turow, known for his legal thrillers including Personal Injuries, which Time named as the best fiction novel of 1999.
Local Guest of Honor: Cara Black, creator of 17 books in the Aimee Leduc series set in Paris.
