Great news. I've read the first couple books and enjoyed them - especially the one where she wants to trap Santa. My mother just bought the first book for my 14-year-old and 12-year-old nieces.

I love these books and hope the series does them justice.

Im trying to read this series slowly so I dont run out....I love them and rank them "up there" with the Harry Potter series....I just wish they were as long as the H.P. books! Eagerly awaiting Flavia on film! As Im 65 and in very poor health, please font take too long getting this series filmed and in circulation!!!

I am still following this. I read the Sweetness a few years ago, but only recently discovered it was a series and I adore it. I hope this was only stalled and that we will get to enjoy this series via TV series or Movie(s).

My husband and I are thrilled! We listened to almost all of the books on CD while travelling, and wished for a TV series. The key will be getting the right actress to play Flavia. Best wishes!

I have been checking for updates or news on the series for a few years. I guess Covid has pushed it back. Worse thing is no more Flavia mischief to read about. Can't wait to see her come to life.

I am an avid reader of British mysteries that include a bit of humor.
Bradley's writing is extraordinary, and entwistle I believe is the perfect narrator.
I love how he can explain or describe things different than so many other writers.

currently reading the second book. i really hope they adapt the sweetness at the bottom of the pie! flavia deserves all the recognition. i’m just worried about netflix’s wednesday fans criticizing flavia for her resemblance to the addams family, knowing how immature they are. flavia is thousand times better than wednesday, though!

Well, it’s 2024 and still no series. My wife and I were first introduced to this series on CD and have gone on to reread the series— we’re on our third reading. My wife is an actress and reads aloud with the voices after dinner. The books are so rich with descriptions and literary allusions that they never get old.
