The actress Tippi Hedren is famous for her roles in Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, Marnie, and other movies, but she also wrote two books: Tippi: A Memoir and Cats of Shambala. I love the photo above because it shows not only a poster of The Birds, but also her own cat.
Hedren is a huge cat lover. She is an animal activist who founded The Roar Foundation at Shambala, a sancutary for Big Cats. She shares her home and land with 100 lions, tigers, leopards, cheetahs, and cougars.
