Masterpiece Mystery! adds Kate Atkinson's Case Histories

The NYT reported today that Masterpiece Mystery! has finalized a deal to add a late addition to its schedule for three weeks starting Oct. 16. “Case Histories,” based on the book by Kate Atkinson, will feature Jackson Brodie, played by Jason Isaacs!

I'm looking forward to this. I hope they don't mess around too much with the plot. From the photo Jason Isaacs seems to be a good fit for Brodie.

Yea! I love Atkinson's Brodie series. It's going to be great to see the Masterpiece take on it.

Sounds good! Can't wait to see this. my favorite in the series is WHEN WILL THERE BE GOOD NEWS? but I'm easy about the rest. This actor looks the part.

Love this author and series of books. Masterpiece will do it justice. So glad "Hollywood" didn't get it first.

This was already aired on BBC1 {I believe} and it was excellent!
