New Book of Short Stories by Daphne Du Maurier

Cemetery Dance Publications announced that they will be publishing a special limited hardcover printing of THE DOLL: THE LOST SHORT STORIES by Daphne du Maurier.

Sounds good as I am a big fan of du Maurier's short stories although I have most of them in various editions.

Is it only going to be available in hardcover or is it already available for Kindle?
